HBSAG (Elisa) : Reactive
TPHA : Negative
HBe AG : Non reactive (0.4)
Anti HBC IGM : Non reactive (0.08)
ANTI HBS : 1.1

This particular forum is for info. and discussion about  HCV.
The tests you have posted all pertain to HBV and possibly you could get your answers at that forum (below).
From what I know the  "reactive" HBsAG means you do have HBV and said result should be discussed in depth with your doctor
