Proactive u out there?

Proactive, have read your post on swizzlestick thread and wanted start this thread. The one thing I do not like about this “new” navigation system is that you can no longer see who the post is to and hope it is put back after the upgrade.  Geterdone TO whomever but anyway,

How are you doing with the heat? I have read your post on another thread and wanted to post this by itself. I had read your self employed and are in the construction trades as am I. I am having a pretty rough time with the heat and dehydration and can’t get enough water and juice. Have you noticed any change in the sx, with the heat, is it more than the usual or above what it was say a month and a half a ago? I had started my tx in March and the sx seems to be getting the better part of me now with the heat. I’ve been up to about a gallon of water per day and wiped out by 11:00 in the morning. I do my am riba about 8:00 and have about an hour and a half before it starts kicking and try to have all the heavy stuff done by then. I do a Varity of the trades and am always getting nicks and scratches and am very careful when working with others but have had a big ouch! situation and was told by the paramedic to have the area bleached down, a little bent but still works, hehe.

Hope this makes since

on the "other" side you wrote

"I am at a quandary with myself at this point and it is frustrating and should have not posted. I guess this is what is called a panic attack, thanks "

Hey, that's what these threads are for!!! Hang in there and pace yourself...I feel fortunate to be selfemployed, at least I can adjust my hours according to how I feel.
Sometimes I'll work 3 hrs in the am, 2 in the afternoon,  go back after dinner and put in 1 or 2 more....Sometimes I'll say screw it and not work at all!!!
(at least we have an excuse(vbg))

weebles wobble, but they don't fall down................;^)pro

You do get very dry/dehydrated when on treatment.  I made a point of drinking at least 4 cups of water before lunch and 4 cups before I left.  Sounds as if you are drinking lots.    I can not imagine treating in the summer and being out in the heat.  Has to be the worst.  I treated in winter so it was not to bad.
