update surgeon could only do me this monday at 900 PM or the following monday at 9AM as it's his vacation week..
souldn't you know it!!
so I opted for a week out...better someone rested and awake at 900 am than someone standing for 12 hrs carving on people and in need of a break!!!
so here I sit's with my head lower than my feet------helping to drain the gall out of me...giggle...like that will work...
thank God for the little things...like ice packs and funny old umb sitcoms that just let you forget the pains........
see you all on the flip side of this....who wants to go dancing???

I too had gall bladder surgery while on treatment. I tried to put it off, but my wife refused to go sailing with me unless I had the surgery.
Now, with laproscopy it is a much simpler operation.
Good Luck,
Eric
thank you you guys, you don't know how much this means to me.
I only wish I got over to this side of the board and had seen it sooner!!!
well I get to go see the surgeon tomorrow...pray they can fit me in to an OR soon. It only hurts when I move, or eat anything...or just lie here....HA HA.
this too shall pass!!
wonderful people you all are!!!
