Went to GP for lactulose script, A, B, Pneumonia Vaccs

So I saw someone in my GP's office (any available doctor) and tried to give him my reasons for getting a perscription for lactulose. He had a suttle fit that it wasn't mainstream medically accepted for non-chirosis HCV carriers. I told him that I probably wasn't going to take enough to blow the backside of my pants off, but I wanted the option to try it. He got all huffy about supplements and how I was wasting my money and that there was no science. I guess I wouldn't have expected anything less of him. He wouldn't take the printout I had made from discussions on this forum. Said he wouldn't read it because it wasn't scient. Anyway, I got the script and decided not to talk about all the other stuff I am interested in. Jerk off. Walk a mile in my liver you conservative putz.

Anyway, the nurse came back in and bang, bang, bang, I got the A, B, and pneumonia vaccines. (or the first in the series for A and B). God bless nurses.

Went to the dentist earlier in the day and told the hygenist when she asked me if there were any changes in my health (hell yes). She was really accepting and went to ask the dentist and the dentist just said, "active TB is the only one we can't do work on". It wasn't even a yes/no about me. They made me feel really good about myself. I wasn't going to tell them I was so worried.

Speaking of L-stuff, in a fit of who-knows-what, I ordered the following L-junk for no apparent reason a month or so ago. Is either of the following beneficial or harmful?

(1) L-arginine-alpha-ketoglutarate
(2) BCAAs (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine)

Make sure your leftover it is not L-Glutamic acid. It is L-Glutamine what the intestinal lining cells need. Those two are easily confused.

Not another one! Wait! I just remembered I have a 750 gram jar of L-Glutamine sitting in my cupboard from my weightlifting-nutrition days. Hope the "L-" is ok. I'm still puny by the way, didn't get huge weightlifting. :(

Inulin and lactulose will beneficially grow/foster

slightly different strains

of beneficial/nontoxic/noninflammatory/intestinal epithelia feeding(yes!) bactreria that will     together      more efficiently  push back the dangerous ammonia/slew of other toxins producing/proinflammatory harmful bacteria to small numbers by competing for available space and by the production of natural local antibiotic factors that reduce the growth potential of the more pathogenic species.

The importance of blocking/reducing  proinflammatory signals and toxins to the liver in a condition of compromised liver function and an already inflammatory state in the liver cannot be overstated.

Similarily the related concept  of reduction of "leaky gut syndrome"/ amount of residual epithelial leakage due to compromised intestinal endothelial function to a minimum  by "eubiosis" is of paramount importance.
A teaspoon of Glutamine/day is also further important in that context, since the rapidly dividing intestinal epithelial cells require this particular amino acid in particular high amounts.

Please read the title of this thread. Slowly amassing my list (gauf's list). Plan to break it down to cost per day/month. Not yet, though. Bought from www.betterlife.com (LEF Curcumin, LEF D3, Olympic Labs Reservetrol) and bought a slew of stuff from www.vitacost.com. I hate it when they put the NSI brand at the top of all the search. Bought some of the NSI stuff if it looked cheaper. Who's to say. Gotta start somewhere. Wallet is losing a lot of weight, you should too before you look to the golden pill. {insert hysteria here}
