Trying to find out what all this means - just received upper GI report w/this info - also had CT and EGD - no answers yet from doctors - should I be concerned?

Irecently had a CT with the results:  "Diffuse hepatic steatosis and hepatomegaly"  What does that mean?

intrahepatic = inside the liver
biliary = refers to the bile duct
dilation = expanded or enlarged

I'd guess it means that bile duct is enlarged where it enters the liver.
