What’s in a picture? OT
This is not a getterdone moment, but strange things do happen during tx.
I keep telling myself, I’m ok, just a little off, now and then, but otherwise pretty normal as far as txing goes. With in the first couple of weeks of starting tx I did have some particular anomalies’ like things moving, without moving, seeing things that were not there but It was short lived as my body adjusted to the meds. This all changed three weeks ago, you see, I enjoy sitting on the back porch all the time and especially since txing which is my own little space. I though I was starting to hallucinate again not all the time but just little by little in the evening as the sun goes down which cast a reflection on the sliding door. Over the course of the last three week this fuller image started appearing in the glass. Couldn’t make it out at first but it started taking shape and I kept saying to myself it’s the drugs, it’s the drugs. The shapes changed as the weeks went on and thought what the hell, I’m loosing it fer sure. Last Friday, I do the riba and the shot early evening, go out to the porch just about evening dust, flip on some tunes, and fire up the pond and fountain. Settle back, with a smoke (don’t smoke in house) and cup of decaf tea, and were ready for the concert to begin. Well, the riba and shot hit the head, closed my eyes for about ten minutes listening to the music, just chilling and heard a noise, I opened my eyes slowly, and what do I see!!! but (you tell me what the picture looks like), my freaking heart started pounding, could not move, and after 3 cups of tea I didn’t know whether to start screaming or …. myself. After what seemed like hours (rib delay) I came flying up out of the chair and everything went flying, I yanked on the other slider to get into the house and broke handle. Once In side, I kept telling myself, it’s the drugs, it’s the drugs… Pleazzze let it be the drugs, OMG I went over the edge this time, calm down, calm down your ok, no I’m not and I ain’t going back out to see if it is still there. I locked the door and went into the living room to watch tv with my son for awhile and then went to bed but did not sleep much that nigh. LOL!

I wish that were the case for everyone, but obviously, readin' other post sx.....can last a loooong time. I am glad that is the case with you though. (and I hope for Me too!)

LMAO Jasper -- you're totally normal...
Sad to say it... But yeah... I went through that... It's like the body said - screw it - I'm used to this stuff... And well - you go downhill after that... But then you pick right back up after TX ends.
It's awesome after TX ends.
Things are still sometimes difficult --- but you can actually sense - feel - know - that it's going to get better every single week.
And yeah - ride that wave baby - hang ten while you can. LOL! And maybe if you hang ten just right ---- you'll not have more sides than this... Maybe --- you'll be the super bonehead surfer that makes it through without tossing out into the waves.

Believe! O’ yes, I believe I get in too deep, into the perception of my inspirations sometimes; the mind can be a dangerous place at times when on these meds but the pic still remains the same it's just how we each preceive it, I guess. There is also something a miss here, what happened to the pic?

Seriously tho, let me ask a question here, for those who have had sx during tx, has there ever been a time during tx that “you feel normal with the exception of fatigue”. I mean I have felt lousy and screwed up from the beginning of this tx and have been slightly over the edge at times (grin), but here for the past couple of weeks I have felt as close to normal as before tx. I never thought I would feel anxiety about feeling somewhat ok, it’s like waiting for another shoe to drop or a resurgent of the sx’s, but believe me, I am riding this wave for as long as possible. Any help here.

well....it kinda looks like a big fish to me..open mouth at the top, bug eyes....but then i'm kinda weird right now...LOL...especially if it's a reflection of my imagination...LOL...my mom saw fish swimming over her head when she was on oxycotin...hmmmm...i wonder....could be time for an ambien...i need to sleep!!!

I'm an artist and I always see things that supposedly aren't really there. Didn't you do that as a kid. I had so many remembrances from childhood while on tx.
On the other hand, maybe the image is a reflection of YOUR imagination.

I see a naked woman ---etheral --- Beautiful! But Jasper.. One of the things about treatment and having the disease is that we are prone to thinking and thinking in depth....
We becomes faced with our own mortality and we become introspective we start seeing dimensionally --- like our imaginations work differently. Not exactly spiritually - but we start seeing things differently --- different possibilities...

I got to get rid of that mask because Michael the Archangel can look pretty angry during any triat battle, hum... well, that hits close to home. I’ve already checked on ebay and I think I have something very unique that will not decay and can appreciate in time. I thought she always looked like that and didn’t need a man to do it, (o’ that was bad), lol. I thought it might be the ugly side of me and that’s what scared me but then I remembered i-horn’s pic. Hehehe. O’ I just got soo much energy flow in through me it just spills out all over the place, can’t control it at times. Yeah, the old man down the road contemplating his youth and the o’ so many paths he has traveled, e gats. Lady why, did you have to mention the Rabbit!!! of all the images conjured up here, it has to be the Rabbit… I knew he would catch up to me sooner or later, he’s been chasing me all my life and said he would get me for pulling off his tail.

I wish I could see the pic better!!! I'm not computer savvy enough to copy and blow up a photo. But I love Lonestar's impression of the photo. Sometimes we do get into a place in our minds that enables us to see things we wouldn't normally notice. (Bet ya can tell what drugs I did in my teens- lol) But really, I wonder about your image there- my belief is that anything is possible- although I do think I would've reacted the same way you did- i'M OUTTA HERE!!. I would say get someone to sit out there with you- or some way thatyou would feel more safe so you could see what this is about. It could be very reassuring after all. I hope this doesn't ruin your coffee/cigarette on the porch routine- I used to love that before I quit smoking!! But I had to- kept getting phnemonia and felt it was a sign to stop. Oh well. Let us know if you see anything else out there- I'm always interested in things like this.

It's not so different then when we lie on the grass in the sunshine and get all hazy, lazy headed and see pictures in the sky. I think the meds and the music just predisposed you to this state a bit easier. Like the song says.....

And if makes you feel any better I copied the photo and blew it up. I see an older man standing. He wears a fur cloak with a hood. His left arm is extended and he holds some sort of light in his hand. It's nice to me. Not scary at all. I'm supposed to be working right now and I have a really busy people oriented job in a hotel, no meds in me for a year and I see it Getter...Maybe you just got to be the "heady type" to see these things. Better get back to work...
