Wyntre is UND again also!

She asked a question and then at the very bottom of her labs she threw in that she is still UND at week 26 of 72.
She worked long and hard to get to und in the first place and has treated longer than a lot of people here, not mentioning names of course.
Congratulations Wyn, you're always ther to help the rest of us. So here's a shout out: YIPPEE
Hugs,
Bug

Son of a gun Wyntre. Tried to sneak the UND under the wire, are you? Seeing the UND brings a big smile to me. If anybody deserves it, you both certainly do!  My bluebirds left Tuesday. Mama and Papa sat in the crepe myrtle and coaxed out four beautiful fledgings. Next year they're going to be staying in the WYNTRE9 house. Got it stenciled on it. Take care of yourself!
Ladybug, you've been around awhile too (here, bug! at this forum I mean!). I'm honored to be in such fine company and if my smile got any bigger for you two my ears are going to start hurting!  You guys hang tough!

GREAT NEWS!!!! I am so happy for you, really. I know you have been through so much also so heres a non alcoholic toast to you!  Keep plugging away it will hopefully be worth it in the end! I dread another move while on tx. I only have 6 left but its really draining me as of late. The heat really bothers me, I am out in the sun for 5 minutes and already burning, I can't imagine moving in the heat!!! I have so much **** to move including 3 vehicles...a little overwhelmed. The bank won't lend me anymore money until I have more income coming in so wish me luck in asking my folks. Its a bit embarrassing being my age and having to do that but tx really takes its toll. I hve exhausted all my revenues. On a lighter note KUDOS to you for SVR!! :)shelly

You guessed it...Are you a musician or a fan? I used to play trombone for a living 'til the work ran low and my insurance policy started costing over $10k a year. I work a day job now-gotta pay for all these meds!
-don't meet many fans of real jazz anymore. Bill Evans has long been far-and-away my favorite of all. I have a piano just so I can play through his transcription books.

you play through  Bill Evan's friggin' transcription books? geez, even that concept makes my brain ache...wow! No, unfortunately just a wannabe musician, played violin and cello in school, but I didnt have the talent....though I do have a good ear, I like to think...

but a big fan of jazz, classical, world, film scores, big fan of Brazilian Bossa Nova, Rock in most all it's forms, Iggy, Ramones to Queen to Hendrix, like guitar a lot! any kind of music cept polka and I can even get behind some of that sometimes! ha ha!

Except "middle of the road" anything...or "mediocrity of the road".....if you've been reading Wyntre's posts, and a few others here, there are some real musicians here, it's always interesting to see what people are interested in, be it gardening, sailing, hiking, riding horses or whatever, my big thing is animal rescue...really nice to meet you! What are your stats?

I'm positively blushing!

I didn't post coz i'm still UND - just freaking about the hgB - but seeing all your kind sweet comments has been a real boost.

Having such generous support makes the hard days (and this has been one of them) more bearable.

I am enjoying my new place but I'm also paying the price for all the physical exertion of the past few weeks.

But the flock is ecstatic.  We have wonderful new neighbors.  A family of Carolina Wrens took up residence on my deck.  There are now 4 eggs.  Two families of house finches are nesting in the awnings above the porch and both clutches have hatched.

Hope everyone is doing well and thanks again.  It means a lot to know SOME people understand . . .

Well, I TRY to play through the transcription books-Evan's harmonic concepts were so advanced, you can spend a life time studying his approach. He also had the unique ability to perform extremely complex music without it sounding that way. Guys like Coltrane were over eveyone's head and the music often came across that way-almost unlistenable by the average guy. So many piano players copped Evans' ideas over the years that they've become 'public domain' and one forgets he was the originator. I guess we've really turned this thread around!!

I'm geno 3, failed SOC, and am slugging away at Infergen right now. There's not much data on response rates in geno 3s, since they often clear. Anyway, I guess I'll find out in a few more weeks.

Elaine,

I think I'm tolerating the meds a little better now-the first week to 10 days were fairly horrible. I'm still getting into work and even rode a few miles on the bike today.
Is Nick feeling better since being off TX? I really wasn't bothered too much by the Peg - even stayed strong enough to ride in a 180 mile bike ride from Houston to Austin in the 12th week of TX! This stuff is a little worse though, but hanging in there.
