anyone develop food allergies? on trip therapy

Just started into third month trip therapy and have had horrible sick stomach for most of time. It seems that I have developed food allergies or worsening of pre-existing ones...I am currently trying to cut out all dairy and gluten which has improved some of the symptoms.  Still feel horrible though and have migranes and muscles kill...any suggestions?I am type 1a and cleared in the first four weeks so doc says I can quit at six mo but this feels like it is going to kill me!
Don't want to sound like a whiner bc am grateful and don't want to quit early even though I really feel like it sometimes!

Well, I think the acidophilus in the yogurt I ate, during my Triple Tx really helped my stomach, so if you cant tolerate regular yogurt, there is always soy yogurt.
I was on Victrelis, so I did 28 weeks. For some reason, my nausea did end up fading alot, as if my body actually got used to taking 18 Victrelis pills a day, hah.  But I did have the 24 hour stomach flu twice. It would start as a migraine waking me up, at 4 am, with some gut--wrenching, etc.
Try to take it one day at a time, instead of thinking about it being three more months.

I have developed an allergy to milk, specifically whey (not lactose, which is milk sugar).  I now use goat and soy milks with no problems.

I did, and they have stuck with me.  Of all things it is palm oil and dust mites.  Both of them tested off the charts.  It bites big time, but I will take that over Hep C any day of the week.  (I'm 14 months post tx).
