feeling low

Hello all and wanted to pop in to see how all are doing. week 49/72 and was hit with a double ear infection, sinus and upper respitory. I am on antibiotics and feeling better slowly. I finally got my car unburied from all the snow but it rained here last night and then got cold enough to refreeze..solid sheet of ice! On those who are on or have been through extended tx I wondered if your sx changed alot? I still have sx's but it seems the emotional drain and riba rage are worse.
NYGIRL!! I still cannot get rid of the rash on my face!! I did try the med and it burned so bad i couldn't take it. I see my spec again on monday and I need something! I am sure there will be scars left!
I am working slowly on my other issues and hope to be moving back down to be closer to my daughter very soon. Thanks :)shelly
oh by the way has anyone heard of a dr. bliss? gastro guy.

weird, I went to post and got booted,
nygirl Hope you are doing well post txing and no I haven't been able to get the cutivate as of yet. I did try the calamine and went through the roof, lol,so I see the spec on monday and will insist on a script for the cutivate, I don't know how you could stand the rash! I have a hard time going out in public, it really does a number on my ego so to speak as well as tx!! I wear hats, sunglassses, turtle necks etc. I need some color other than red and raised lol:)
wyntre the insurance woes are just that woes me. I did receive my first check from ltd and it was retro form july 06 so it was a good sum. to bad its gone already trying to catch up and paying cash for all visits, etc. I wish I felt good enough to take some of the money and go on a cruise or something! I have 30 months of ltd. I used 8 so far. I have  been in the process of applying for ssd/ssi and will have to see what they say. I am on a countdown now only 23 left..done in august!! right around the corner..as I look out the window and its snowing again! lol. the kids ;) love it.. I took my one siberian that we rescued 7 yrs ago into the vets 2 weeks ago due to her limping, I figure she has hip arthritis problems due to her age and how she used to be tied to a box before we rescued her. They did blood work and she has cancer. She is doing well and I started her on a pain reliever plus anti inflammatory shes acting like a pup again lol, and the other one loves to play with her! The vet asked if I wanted to get a cat scan or body xrays done on her and I said no. I've been down this road before let her live the rst of her days in comfort and joy!
Hope all is well and best wishes  and prayers to all:) shelly

Our snow and ice melted.  It was 59 yesterday and 61 today.  Saturday we are to have severe storms and possible flooding due to all the snow melt and ground is still frozen a couple inches down.  Once February is over you can start thinking GREEN.   I was talking to someone yesterday and told them I am so glad I treated in the winter instead of spring and Summer.   Keep it together.  Those Husky's will keep you entertained.  I use to put on some tapes (tells you it was in the 70's) and the dogs would howl.  It was hysterical.  You have to be active with them and thats good.  Hang in there.

What med did you use did you try Calamine? Is that what hurt?

Did you see the Derm Dr. the only thing that helped me get rid of this advanced eczema was the Cutivate - which is not usually prescribed for the face but he had too because of the advanced condition of the huge WELTS I had on my face too!  It didn't hurt me AT ALL and it stopped the itching completely and did cure it.

Cutivate.

But you can only use it for 3 weeks and have to have the Derm check if you can continue because it is very strong and can thin your skin.

Good to hear from you, Shelly, though I'm sorry to hear about all the OTHER problems.

I've had chronic sinus stuff for decades, now.  At some points it's been antibiotics every month, like clockwork

What's up with your insurance issues?  Hope everything is getting resolved.
