Hello and hope you are doing well.

If the pregnancy tests are negative and you have got your periods you are unlikely to be pregnant.  Sometimes the bleeding can be due to an ectopic pregnancy, abortion or pelvic inflammatory disease. Other possibilities are thyroid disorders, where an imbalance of the hormone thyroxine can cause menstrual irregularities, and abnormally high levels of prolactin can also cause irregular periods. The other causes could also be due to uterine growths or fibroids and endometriosis to name a few. The lump you feel could be scar tissue. So, please consult your doctor and discuss these possibilities with him.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.

Hello and good you are doing well.

Good to see you recovered well and are planning to lose weight. Perseverance is the key word when it comes to losing weight. There are no magic ways and please ensure to take the right  nutrients while trying to lose weight as this may in the long run affect your health. Start by keeping a food diary, this way you can plan what to avoid. Get the caloric count of all the food you eat. Try not to eat all deep fried and high calorie food and replace with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. You can develop habits that will enable you to lose weight like eat a carrot before your meals, this will ensure that you eat less and is also healthy. So develop your own style which is comfortable to you and keep at it. Hope this helps and Good Luck.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.

Hello and hope you are doing well.

Understand your predicament, but please don't worry. The surgery is best performed as an elective surgery with all the adequate precautions, to prevent recurrence. So, as you wait for the surgery try to lose weight and if a diabetic, see that it is adequately controlled. But if you develop pain or redness or any signs of inflammation, please consult your doctor immediately. Good Luck.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.

Hello and hope you are doing well.

It could be the bowel in the hernia which was moving. Bowels move with peristalsis, as food moves in the bowel. However, the hernia needs to be repaired to prevent complications like strangulation. Please consult your primary care physician for further evaluation.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
