day of period and i dont have it am I?

Well for me it's hard to tell if im pregnant because i have irregular periods but i did get me period last month on the twentieth but today is the next month the twentieth and I have no period. So maybe it'll come alittle later or not at all this month who knows but God!! So now I took a preggo test the first one i took this mourning I know I see a faint line right away I saw it so I think that was  positive the others after all say negative so maybe im not  But anyway I'm kinda waiting this one out to see if I'm preggo but does anyone recomend an exact day I should test   if today I was suppose to get my period and it's not here should i just wait till next month to see if I get it then or like what idk even know when is best to take a test and I would have concieved on i think the 10th of this month!! Can Any doctors help me!!

If the pregnancy tests are negative and you have got your periods you are unlikely to be pregnant.  Sometimes the bleeding can be due to an ectopic pregnancy, abortion or pelvic inflammatory disease. There is an entity called false pregnancy or pseudocyesis, where in the person feels all the signs and symptoms of pregnancy without actually being pregnant. But when in doubt always consult your doctor, who may ask for a blood test to rule out pregnancy.

thank you so much i know I'm late responding but I didn't realize you messaged me also I'am trying to concieve so I will consult my doctor I just had one question because now I'm dealing with something different I missed my period in august sept got a really light pinkish brown spotting for three days then I missed my period in october and november I threw up had sore breast and breast milk my doctor thinks I may have a tumore in my pituoritory gland so Im going for an mri today also I just got my period on december 4th its been very heavy so I used an ovulation calculator and i would have to try to conceive on the 15th of this month so I will try but my concern was that I had surgery twice on my stomcach one for a cyst in my ovary and the other for umbilical hernia I developed after the first surgery the umbilical surgery was on febuary 20th,2012 now I noticed not hernia threw my belly button but a lump inside my stomach to the right of my belly button so I ask my doctor they basically told me to monitor it if it get bigger or get pain ore comes through my belly button then come back but I'm not ok with that answer. I onder if its hernia or this may sound crazy is that a symptom in early pregnancy to get a lump near your belly button because belive it or not when I googled it I saw alot of women saying they developed a lump or bump near their belly button in early stages not as hernia either? what do you think it is I had all the sympotoms of pregenancy!!

If your pregnancy tests are negative, you are unlikely to be pregnant. The other causes for missed periods can be hormonal imbalances where in the ovaries may not be producing eggs and hence the uterus may not be getting the right stimulation for menstruation. Other possibilities are thyroid disorders, where an imbalance of the hormone thyroxine can cause menstrual irregularities, and abnormally high levels of prolactin can also cause missed periods. The other causes could also be due to uterine growths or fibroids, endometriosis and pelvic inflammatory diseases to name a few. So, please consult your doctor and discuss these possibilities with him.

so my blood test was negativo guess im not pregnant!! boo who

So I took alot of urine test lol all but one is positive wow soooo now im gonna try and take a blood test tommorow and wait for my period I still havent gotten it but I'am irregular it may be late or not coming this month idk only God does and the test I have that is positive is very very clear blue and positive so only time will tell
