Hey all, I am getting pain and pressure on the right side of my waistline above my groin. I don't l know why it comes often. When I use bath room, it gets really worse. It's really uncomfortable for me to lay on my stomach and it pains like hell. I have been to the doctor and he said me it is because of hernia and sent me to a hernia surgeon, but he says it is not hernia. I am really confused and frustrated. I need to get into contact with a Hernia Health centre to get more information on Hernia and to diagnose mine. Heard good review about Shouldice Hospital Ontario. What you guys suggest for me?

If you've already been to one hernia doctor and they say it is not a hernia, why are you seeking another out?  Do you feel a hernia that the doctor did not feel?  What symptoms do you have that hernia related?  Have you had your appendix checked it is on the right side also.  And when something is wrong it can be very tender.  I'm just wondering if you have a bulge, or something when you exert pressure on your stomach muscles?  I'm not trying to dissuade you from looking further into it just wondering why you believe it's a hernia when the hernia surgeon said it wasn't. Is he not a reputable doctor?  Good luck with your search.
