Hello and hope you are doing well.
From your symptoms it could be hernia. Surgery is the only treatment and cure for inguinal hernias. Hernia needs to be surgically repaired to prevent complications like strangulation. The surgery is best performed as an elective surgery with all the adequate precautions, to prevent recurrence. So, as you wait for the surgery try to lose weight and if a diabetic, see that it is adequately controlled. But if you develop pain or redness or any signs of inflammation, please consult your doctor immediately.

Hello and hope you are doing well.
The painless lump if can be pushed back into the abdomen, it could be a hernia. More so if the swelling increases on coughing and decreases on lying down. Hernias are caused due to increased abdominal pressure like coughing, constipation or lifting heavy objects. So, avoid all exercises which increase this pressure. Go for aerobic exercises, like swimming or cycling. Even long walks would be beneficial.

Hello and hope you are doing well.
If its due to epididymitis, it should resolve with antibiotics and anti inflammatory medications. Epididymitis could be due to a sexually transmitted infection. Here the partner also needs therapy. Check to rule out this. It should resolve with medications, so please don't worry and it will not cause problems with your sexual life.

Hello and hope you are doing well.
The common causes for testicular pain are injury, infection and torsion. Injury can cause a tear of the testicular layers or it can cause a hematoma (blood collection). Infection can affect and cause epididymitis or orchitis resulting in pain. Testicular torsion is an emergency as the blood supply may be compromised and needs to be relieved. Sometimes a tumor of the testis can cause pain. Consult your primary care physician for therapy. If the need arises he may refer you to a urologist.
