2 bumps in pubic region and itchy shaft. help!!

im a 21 year old male, thats sexually active and about a week ago i noticed 2 small bumps in my pubic region, colorless at first. now one of them is pink and has a hair growing out of it and the other turned red and had a bubble on it and i popped it and some clear liquid came out, followed by blood, their both painless and not itchy but my shaft has become itchy [its been kind of dry and the tip of my penis is kind of scaly from being so dry so i might be freaking myself out?] and am getting worried there are no other symptoms otherwise. Is this what an herpes outbreak is like?? HELP! im worried sick

You shouldn't pop things you are worried about.  Be seen by a provider but because you have popped it no for sure answers can be given.  Herpes typically itches and is painful.  But what you may have is anything.  Be seen for a proper work up.
