Accidentally Spit Into Own Eye, I Have HSV 1

Second time I did it. Again I'm freaking out. What are the odds of self-innoculating my eye as I only had my primary infection about 5 weeks ago? I did this stupid accident while laying on my back talking on the phone. I immediately flushed my eye with eye solution afterwards. HELP!

Thanks for putting up with my endless anxiety. I realize that in the scheme of things oral HSV 1 is no big deal. I've only had this for about a month so I fear my immune system may not have adapted enough to fight the risk of auto-innoculation. Grace, your feedback has provided me with great comfort. Thanks.

This is your anxiety flaring up again.

You are worrying needlessly.
