Afraid of herpes or syphilis

My partner tested negative for syphilis andd IgG non reactive for Herpes 1 and 2, 7 weeks after her previous encounter. However, 8 weeks after having sex with her, 2 little bumps appeared on my penis head near the urethral opening. They lasted for a day or two and dissapeared with no scabs or ulcers or scars, a few days later, they reappeared, same stuff, disaapeared in the same fashion as well. Are those bumps related to my masturbation, or herpes? Thank you!

For syphilis absolutely. For hsv it's about 80%

Definitely not herpes related. I wouldn't worry about syphilis or hsv from your exposure. She tested neg and you've had no symptoms. Hsv lesions do not come and go and take on average 10-14 days to heal.

Are her results conclusive at 7 weeks for herpes and syphilis?
