Can I get HSV, HPV, any STI/STDs from JUST getting my balls licked or sucked on?
I’d like to know if it’s possible to catch any of those above by just solely getting my balls licked/sucked on.

Probably not. In theory, if the person sucking on your balls has oral hsv1 or a syphilis sore on their mouth, and you had any broken skin from shaving the area or any injury, it's possible.
In practicality, this is not something that happens. I only mention it because you might read it on other sites and get freaked out, but the chances of this happening are very, very low - next to zero.
