Antibodies

So I've posted here about what I feel like are herpe like symptoms, I tested negative at 4.5 months and a few days shy of 6 months, both IGG test for HSV 1 and 2.  Now I'm reading that some people don't make antibodies?  Is this true?

Hsv in the urethra will cause pain for more than a day. It is rare to have lesions in the urethra and not on the penis as well.
This is the last post I'm going to make. We can not help you any further here online. I suggest consulting your Dr with any issues

I think I'm leaning towards psoriasis, might explain why my penis still itched for months while the anus spot went away and then came back, only thing it doesn't explain is why I had a really bad pain in my urethra for a day, and some irritation while peeing

I would see a dermatologist. You can have recurrent outbreaks anywhere in the boxer shorts region. However any primary would be in the spot it was contracted. See my advice above. We are an online forum. We can not diagnose what's going on and speculation isn't helping you. Like Life360 suggests. Get the area tested

thw fact that my penis has itched for months made me think it wasn't herpes, but the jock itch around my anus lasted like 2-3 months and has now come back, the fact that it came back makes me think it's herpes, is it normal to get herpes around your anus if you didn't have anal sex or oral sex in that area?

It can happen on recurrent outbreaks but that is uncommon

Also, is swollen lymph nodes only a part of the initial outbreak? Or can it be for every outbreak?

Symptoms that last seven months is not hsv. I get the same irritation in the same spot from time to time.

It's just weird to me, the jock itch feeling between my anus and testicles went away for a while but now is back, but my penis has itched for 7 straight months, I know you say this isn't herpes, and my test say it isn't, but I'm so confused to as what it really is!

Since your feel you might be in the 5% then the alternative is to have all your irritations areas swabbed and have a PCR test  and as a back up you can have NAAt test done. These tests are extremly accurate and check for DNA. Otherwise to continually to ask irrtation areas would be endless.

Herpes does not act like that. You would have something besides itch and it would not stay around for long periods of time

I have, he gives me these creams that only make the itching stop, but it never completely goes away!

In addition to the itchy spot in my penis, I have what feels to be jock itch behind my testicles and butt hole area, would I get herpes there without any contact to that area? Second, the jock itch started a couple days after the itchy spot in my penis, is that normal? A few days of itchiness in one area and then a different spot flares up just as bad in a 2nd location?

No one can answer that question with 100% accuracy. I am sure there are some folks that don't. 5% would seem high from all my research.

Your negative. Stop reading this obscure nonsense. It will only feed your fears with no real basis of fact or odds that this is even a real possibility. Of course you will build antibodies. even if you never had any symptoms. That'said how people who never had any symptoms find out they have hsv.

Is it possible to not creat antibodies AND not have the traditional sores?
