BEGINING TO PANIC........PLEASE HELP ME

I had sex with a girl who I do not know. And then I had the following symtoms on my penis after a week:

- Tingling,
- Irritation, and
- little bit of pain while urination

But I went for STD test it all turn out to be negative, I did the urine and swabs for few times, and one of them came as positive for some bacteria Enterracoccus fa..., then I got an antibiotic.  after few weeks I had sex and I saw few blood sample (I guess) in my condom....  I went for another urine and swabs test and all negative.

But these tignling and irritation came back evey few weeks times. I went and see two doctors and one Urologist and Dermitology, and all said I had nothing.  I felt so frustrated because it came back again and again.

After three months since my initial exposed, skin on my penis (not outside) started to come out (i.e peel), and Doctor said it is an inflamation and they gave me HC 1%. I asked what is happening,they said they do NOT know.  After I applying cream for 2 weeks, it looks ok.  Few days after I had sex with my regular parter. Then again the skin started to peel off.  Then my Dermitology asked me to apply the cream for another two weeks.

BTW, I have TWICE tested for herpes "IgG blood test) after 10 weeks and 18 weeks since my initial exposed, but the result came out as follow: Doctor said I have negative.

What does this result means?.
do I need an additional test to confirm or this is good enough to say that, I don't have none of HSV1 and HSV2?
Can I rely on this test? or Do I need an additional test to make sure that I do NOT never expose to herpes?

The reasons for my questions:
1) I having inflamation on my penis, it is repeated again and again for last 4 months
2) cloody urine
3) some sort of lower back pain,  on and off
4) some sort of pain in my testicles on and off
5) white (sort of discharge) before and after urinating  - on and off

I have tested for most of the STD, all came back as negative
but doctor gave up and asked me to see the urologist AGAIN, waiting to see him.

I am very much worried, can not go to sleep..............please help me. what else I can be tested.

what is really going on my life?................I am begining to hate my life, PLEASE HELP ME.

Perhaps you should get a second opinion from another physician.  I'm not a licensed anything but it would seem by your persistence that there appears to be an issue.

Especially when you are repeatedly questioning a 'tingling sensation", etc.  Check with another doctor.

Really no one here could possibly know whats going on you need to persist with your Doctor and Urologist for further investigation we are neither Doctors nor Urologists on this Forum,you need to return to your Doctor and tell him/her how this is affecting your life and how distressing it is for you.
My concern also is that you are having unprotected sex with what seems from your Post women other than your regular girlfriend please be aware that you are being unfair and very irresponsible towards her and putting her health at risk as well as your own by your lack of protection during sex ...... if you want to put yourself at risk that's your business but please consider your girlfriends health in all of this as I'm sure she is totally unaware of your sexual behaviour outwith the relationship and you have no right to put her at risk in this way.

Also once in everyone for last 5 months, bit of rash (I am not sure how to call) it looks like a bump but not really a bump, on my penis. It sort of hurt most of the time, but go away in few days.  when doctor shows, they said nothing..........because it hard to see for them since they only see for few seconds, and say nothing, but for me I know the pain, and i know the difference............

Please help me what could be it is ....................
