So yesterday I developed what my doctor called a uti. I had painful urination. Then I broke out in to fever and have had 103 for two days. I went to take a hot shower and when I got out I noticed bumps on my penis with what looks like blacks ends. The er said it was not herpes. So what is it. I'm freaking out a bit. Could it be just from me being sick. Why would it only be on my penis?

sore throat and congestion are the common cold, not std symptoms.

did they do any actual testing to determine you had an uti or just based on your symptoms they treated you? did they test you for chlamydia and gonorrhea too?

if you were seen and they didn't think your rash is due to herpes, odds are it isn't. If you need a 2nd opinion, go and be seen elsewhere today.

also it's helpful when you change your gender to male - thanks!

Also just to add detail.  I also had pain in my lower back and calves prior tithe fever.  My glands in my neck are swollen. Sore throat and some congestion.   No coughing or sneezing
