I agree - burning for this long with negative tests and no outbreak isn't herpes. You aren't doing yourself any favors by focusing on herpes and not looking for other causes. Maybe it's stress or anxiety, maybe it's something else, but you should really work with a specialist to figure it out.
Mouth burning may be because of an allergy (you can develop an allergy at any age), nutritional deficiencies (as was already mentioned), acid reflux, a side effect to certain meds, and more, including anxiety and stress.
Your leg and thigh pain didn't start until later, but could be caused by Meralgia paresthetica, sciatica, diabetes, Peripheral neuropathy, and other things, including anxiety.
Since you have both, I'd think anxiety, but I am NOT a doctor, and would urge you to continue to work with your doctor to find out the cause.
Hi, after having a negative result for IGG specific HSV2 and hsv1 at 11 weeks, there is a very good chance you might not have herpes. But you can test again in a few months so it can be conclusive.
But about your burning mouth is it inside your mouth or on the lips only? What did the doctors say it could be? Oral thrush? Any prescriptions they gave you?
