Can this be herpes?

Hello, a month ago I suffered an hiv scare and after reviewing the hiv forum, the doctors forum and getting answers about my situation i felt convinced about the imposibility of getting hiv from my exposures. On May 1 i had sex with a prostitute, and everything including oral was protected. After sex i checked the condom in the sink and it was not broken. On May 19 i went with an erotic masseuse and after the massage, she masturbated me including some frottage. On may 31st i was masturbating and while i was at it i felt a little irritation on the penis, never had blister or vesicles or anything like that, but after i finished masturbating i saw a very little wound, that by the next day was already scabbed. On june 3 i went to an urologist and i was told that what i had was not std related and he burned the scab on my penis forming a bigger scab that fell off more or less two weeks later. On June 25 i was masturbating in the morning (again no blisters or vesicles and check my penis every day) and after that i saw a very little wound. By night it had already scabbed. Is this herpes?
I was feeling very optimistic, but if this is herpes then i feel i am at real risk for hiv. this had already happened after masturbation some time ago. In the last 2 years and a half i have had protected sex with four women,and got masturbated by two other women, and the frottage incident by one of this last women. I hope i can get an opinionn from Grace.

no way for us to know if your results will change in 12 weeks. there are good reasons why we recommend the testing time that we do.

Also i would like to add that i have been having some leg pain vut ni visible lesions.

Hi I got tested 6 weeks and two days post exposure with an igm and igg test. I know igm is not a test regarded in this forum but my dermatologist prescribed it.

My results are all negative:

HSV  I  IgG:       0.65            
                             -----            
HSV  II IgG:       0.47            
                             -----

      HSV  tipo I  IgM:       0.52            
                             -----            
      HSV  tipo II IgM:       0.48            
                             -----        

I would like to know if this results are likely to change at 12 weeks.

It could be anything.  It could be from the masturbation.  The risk of HSV was low from your encounters.  But be seen for a proper work up.

You need to be seen by your provider for a proper work up.  Also you can test using a type specific igg test only after 12 weeks from your expsoure.

The wounds i refer to are not deep, are just like abrasions.

I've read that scabs  on the penis look different from scabs on other parts on the body, but the scabs i am reffering to seem pretty normal

The frottage  was done above my testicles, and the scabs formed on the contrary side.

Also when i say this has happened before i mean that maybe a year and a half ago, i masturbated so much that i caused a small wound on my penis shaft.

Sorry to write again, i just want to put all the facts. I dont use lube when i masturbate, and i have been looking for images of herpes in the internet and my small wounds and later scabs dont look like that but i've alsro read that herpes can look any way.

Some time i masturbate while me penis is not flully erect, i don't know if this can increase trauma on the penis.
