Do I have herpes?

My boyfriend had a cold sore in his mouth. He was stimulating me and I wasn't wet at all and I asked him to lick his fingers and then we continued to stimulate me. Now I have a red irritated spot, but I think it's just from him touching me down there for a long time without me being wet. Is it a possiblitiy that I could have herpes from the saliva of his cold sores? There are also two little bumps, but they aren't open sores but maybe an irritation from shaving. Please help!
