Chance of HSV-2 infection

Hi, I just did something stupid. I met with a prostitute eight hours ago. We didn't have actual sex (I didn't put my penis inside her) but she gave me hand job and oral job. (I used condom when doing both of them).

The thing I worry about is when she gave me hand job, she sat above my thigh. We both were naked. I am not sure whether her genital touched my scrotum (you can think her genital touched my scrotum because she sat really close to my penis). But I think there was no friction (Hand job just lasts less than 20 second and she didn't move her body).

After that, I watched her genital and found there was no symptom and I washed my penis and scrotum using soap water within 5 minute after I leave her place.

I am worried about HSV infection on my scrotum and wonderring what's the chance for me to get infected if she has HSV?  (Actually I am not a native English speaker so if there are something unclear, please point out)
THANK YOU!!

Everything was very clear. Ok on to your risk factor for hsv or any std for that matter. You can relax, your exposure put you at no real risk for any std including herpes. This is what we consider a no risk event. Congratulations on the condom use.
Handjobs are no risk even without a condom. Oral sex is a very low risk for hsv1, NGU and gonnerrhia.
Add a condom to the the oral and it's no risk for any std. Her sitting on your thigh is safe as well. Skin other than the very thin genital skin is very hard for hsv to penetrate.
No need for anymore worry. You are fine

Oh and the scrotum is very rarely ever infected. Scrotum skin is very thick.
Thanks a lot for your quick response!

The only thing I'm not sure is in "Skin other than the very thin genital skin is very hard for HSV to penetrate".  Does "genital skin" here refers to the skin on my penis? (I'm not familiar with those terms)

So I can say my skin on my scrotum is thick enough so that I won't get infected (even if my scrotum was touched by genital of a HSV carrier as described)?
OK. I got it. I just saw your second comment because of the internet delay. Thanks a lot for your help!
Yes, genital skin means the penis or vagina. You really had no risk.
