Chances of having Herpes
On New years I decided to have sex with my new woman and things were moving fast. We had sex once and she told me yesterday she has HSV 2. I have HSV 1. So my question is what are my chances that I got HSV 2. She said she didnt have a outbreak
If the sex was unprotected then your odds are roughly 1 in a 1000. If it was protected then I would say your exposure was no real risk at all.

Thank you just got my results. Hsv 2 negative. 0.21 index on blood test
Takes 12 weeks for herpes igg tests to be considered conclusive.
OK after possible exposure New Years I took a test on Jan 21st which my scores were HSV1 5.00 and HSV 2 0.21. I took a test on April 2 and my score is HSV 1 36,30 and HSV 2 0.9. Why is my HSV1 score so high. I have had HSV 1 for 13 years.
