Concerns about Rashes on my Thighs

Thanks for the opportunity to ask this question.  First I am very ashamed (which I'm sure you hear a lot) at what I did.  Five days ago I was in Las Vegas for a bachelor party.  I attended 1 strip club where the stripper got completely naked and rubbed up and down my entire body (never had any genital contact, but I was wearing shorts and she rugged up against me very vigorously.  We did kiss a few times (closed mouth).

I then left the strip club and let the cab driver talk me into going to a massage parlor.  It was here that I was given a complete nude shower while laying on a table, the young lady used soap to wash me entirely over my body.  We then moved to another room where there were 2 women that massaged me all over.  Here is where I am concerned.  My eyes remained closed and I'm pretty sure that while I ejaculated she gave me a hand job, she may have done oral but I don't think so.  I ejaculated, they cleaned me up and then I left.

A few days later I noticed some bumps (rash) on the inside of both thighs, and also a pimple with puss showed up just today.  It was hot in Vegas, I did a lot of walking wearing shorts that were nylon, etc.  I do a lot of sitting at my desk, so my pants do sometimes get tight and I have had some pimples show up in the past.

Getting to the point, do I need to be concerned and do I need to get tested, is this simply a heat rash?  Or could this be from the contact in the massage parlor?  The rash does not itch too much, but the bumps (rash) do concern me given my attending the massage parlor.

I have a great marriage, I've never done anything like this before, and will never do it again, but I simply do not want to give anything to my wife.  Thanks for your feedback.

It sounds more bacterial to me.  I don't agree that normal skin to skin contact transmits herpes.  Herpes virus can't get through intact skin like thighs or belly, it takes thin skin such as that found in the genital area.  Genital to genital rubbing can transmit herpes because of the thin skin thing, but that's not what you are describing.

Can you send me the link to the video you watched?  I would like to get things like this removed.

Just watched an on-line video of herpes and the doctor indicated that you could catch it from simple skin to skin contact, is this true?  If so how serious can this be?  Is it possible that this is what I have?  If so, is there anything I can do?  I guess I'm just freaking out here, very concerned about my wife and my future.

Teri,

In addition there are no white heads on the rash, they almost look like tiny bug bites, but I don't think they are, they are condensed in small area very tightly compacted.  I just have no idea, my fear it has something to do with the stripper or the massage person I talked about earlier.

Help!!!

the rash does not itch and there is no pain associated with it.  The bumps on my skin are very small and measures about 5 inches by 5 inches on both legs.  When I rub my hand across my skin it's smooth, but when I come to the rash you can feel the change in skin texture slightly.  I teach at a school and had our athletic trainer look at the rashes and he felt it was nothing to be concerned with, of course I did not relate to him the exact situation as to what I did.

Does this help or is there something more specific you are looking for, I really appreciate your help on this.  I'm having a hard time getting past my transgretion.

Could this be something else that I need to be concerned with?

So join the ranks of the fallible people everywhere.
None of the activities that you describe sound like they present a risk of herpes to me.  The bumps could be many things from a mild bacterial infection to a heat rash to a fungal rash.  Have you had someone look at them for you, a professional I mean?  Can you tell me more about how the rash looks?
