Herpes UTI or not

I had unprotected oral sex with a russian csw exactly a month ago. Three days later I got burning and constant urination. I started 100 mg doxycycline (big mistake) without taking any test. I then visited my go who put me on one week 250 my levofloxacin and pyridium. The pain did not go away. I visited. A urologist who conducted two rounds of blood and urine test- no infection. A week after doxy dosage I took a std test for gonorrhoea chlamydia and ureaplasma. All negative. I was worried about herpes all along and Borge the urologist and venrealogist said unlikely. I shave my pubic region and I got razor sores and some isolated growth on my thighs- not burning. The soreness in my penis goes away for days and then returns. Particularly bad when I consume alcohol the previous day. I am not sure in the absence of bacteria . Is this Herpes for sure? I use heat packs and hot water sitches and that gives temporary relief but the pain does not go away permenantly. I am told hsv test can be inconclusive. Am married and I have been extremely anxious  for the last one month. Any guidance would be eagerly valued

In the absence of lesions on your penis, herpes is extremely unlikely. The virus simply doesn't act this way.
