Constant Pain 24/7

it's been about 9 months of having constant pain in my left leg/buttocks.  On January 11, 2013 I had a sexual encounter with a strange women when I was intoxicated this woman could of been a prostitute I can not really remember that night.  In May of 2013 I started to have headaches and fatigue for unknown reasons. In the beginning June I had what I think was a herpes out break very small sore but a feeling of burning and needles in the genital area. The sore healed in two days by the time I got to a doctor no sores were present.  The doc still took a swab test for herpes.  The swab test was negative at 6 days, but I got a call 3 weeks later saying the swab test is positive for herpes but they could not tell me what type.  I was tested for all STDs syphilis, chlamydia, gonorrhea, hepatitis A,B,C  and HIV all negative.  I took a specific type blood test for Herpes came back positive HSV1 and negative HSV2.  Since my first and only outbreak I had this constant pain in my left leg and buttocks.  I have been to the following specialists 2 Urologists, dermatologist, and neurologist.  I had an MRI for  lumbar spine every thing looks good.  I had a full physical done and was treated for chronic prostatitis with three 2 week doses of cipro.  The neurologist told me I had nueropathy but he couldn't tell me why.
My questions:
What can cause this pain its getting worse my leg really hurts?
I've been to many doctors and no one can tell me what is wrong, am I seeing the wrong doctors?
Is this causes by an unknown STD that I have not been tested for?
Can genital HSV1 cause these complications? many of the doctors said no.

There must be some underlying issue here this can not just happen for no reason.  I appreciate any advise or help any one can provide.

Thanks!

I got an MRI to check for a pinched nerve but they could not find anything. From my research nueropathy is also caused by toxins, infections (viral or bacterial), diseases, etc ...

Hi, burning is a symptom of muscle tear, tingling and numbing would be a nerve issue like a pinched nerve.
