Constant tingling??????

This is long so I apologize in advance. I had a csection 3 months ago, had sex with a guy that has gh what would be considered a little soon after a delivery. I had itching/burning/discharge so I went to my obgyn got tested at 4 weeks, negative. So I decided to take monistat and that cleared up the itching/burning/discharge and haven't had those problems since. The doctor said monistat would not have cleared up the symptoms if it was herpes. However, i have a constant tingling in all throughout my vagina and sometimes but not always my thighs. Either way it's always constant throughout my vagina. I got tested at 6 weeks, negative. Went back and got tested again at 7 weeks, negative but I did find out I have strep b. What is with the constant tingling? It's been a solid month and it hasn't gone away. Everywhere I read says herpes doesn't cause a constant tingle and the doctor said that as well. It's driving me absolutely insane though! Any ideAs as to what's going on?

Forgot to tag you in the last post of mine. But again, had a swab where there were two bumps which was negative. Igg tests at 4, 6, and 7 weeks so far all negative. But I'm sti have a constant tingling numbness feeling down there. No itching, burning, discharge. No herpes blisters. Or at least not any I've seen and I think I'd know if I had them since from what everyone says they hurt like crap. Also, back when I was having the itching my vaginal area became really dry and cracked a lot and there were a lot of cuts. However, at the time I was having to wear pads due to csection and was constantly rubbing my pad against my vaginsl area and so I believe that what caused that issue. Is that possible?

i had a swab at 4 weeks on an area that was irritated and had to spots but that came back megatve. The spots didn't look anything like herpes and I had just shaved and I typically get red bump spots but naturally it freaked me out this time around. And I'm pretty positive IGG

It doesn't sound like herpes, but I'm curious about what all your tests were exactly. Were they IgG blood tests or swabs, or something else?

This is not herpes related. Tingling is sometimes nerve related and will often have a root cause somewhere between your back to the nerve root near the issue.
