Contagiousness... I think I screwed up

This posting may offend some because I have behaved very irresponsibly, but I need to ask.

So, I knew I was in the 2 -20 day zone after possible exposure, and I performed oral sex on day 8, day 9 on two casual sex partners.   And on day 12 (yesterday)  l kissed and performed oral sex on a regular sex partner of mine.

Just hours after the oral sex with my regular partner, I notice a slight redness on my INNER lip (the soft tissue).  It still isn't clear to me if it will turn into a fever blister (no itching, no major physical irritation) but with each passing hour  there is slight change to the area, and I think it will become a blister.

I still have no vesicle, no blister, no pus, and only just today has the red spot turned into kind of a white outline, that looks like now might be turning into two white bumps.

HOW CONTAGIOUS WAS I DURING THE INCUBATION PERIOD, BEFORE ANYTHING FORMED?  HOW AT RISK ARE THOSE I PERFORMED ORAL SEX ON?

If you have any opinion on the question above, I'd appreciate it.

But please do not scold or lecture me - I am aware of how awful, reckless and compulsive my behavior was.  I was in a state of delusion that I wouldn't actually get the infection - and I have sought the proper help to deal with this behavior. (Hell, Im still hoping this will end up being a canker sore...but hope is fading fast)

I should have prefaced this by saying I had possible exposure to HSV 1 from kissing. 13 days ago
