Could a reoccurring UTI cause irritation blisters comparable to herpes?

I tested positive for a uti last week, the second one I've had in a month. A couple days after my last diagnosis I noticed a popped blister upon my panty line. The uti symptoms have cleared as and I have three more days of antibiotics; the painful blister is still on site. Could these two be related? I've expressed my concern about herpes to a trusted friend who insists I'm overreacting.

Hi there is no correlation between a UTI and herpes sore on your hip.  Also that not a common please for outbreaks as sounds more like an ittiation from your panties rubbing since its on the panty line.
