Hsv2 oral is very rare. Unless you have an outbreak, oral sex should be fine.
If someone does get oral hsv2, it rarely recurs (meaning they wouldn't get any other outbreaks) and rarely sheds, so they wouldn't transmit it. I'm not at all suggesting that someone intentionally get it orally, just explaining what happens.
If he gives you oral, then you kiss him and then give him oral, there's way too much movement and exposure to air for that to transmit.
