Could it be herpes? :( I'm freaking out.

For the past 2 to 3 months I have had this white discharge coming out of my vagina, at first I thought it was the birth control pill I've been taking for my polycystic ovaries but when I went to the gyno, he told me it Couldn't be. I'm still a virgin,  so I didn't get a papsmere, the gyno said it was most probably a bacterial infection. I got treated for the bacteria, but I still had the white discharge so I went back.  Then I got treated for a yeast infection since he thought this could be the cause.  However,  I still have the white discharge.  On top of that I noticed this bump on my vagina, I asked the gyno and without looking he told me it was most likely because I shave my vagina. Now,  although this bump has no puss or fluid of any kind. It itches and it hurts when I walk. I've had similar bumps before. I have no burning when I pee nor anything but the bump hurts when I touch it. I read on the internet that herpes has similar symptoms to BV and yeast infection. So right now, I'm freaking out because the first two options got treated,  yet the symptoms are still there. Could this be herpes?

The bump scabbed over,  there was no puss nor anything in it but I removed the scab and some liquid came out

If you have never had oral or vaginal sex, then this cannot be genital herpes.

Discharge is not associated with herpes, but bacterial or fungal issues.

Keep following up with your doctor for a diagnosis.
