Could this be herpes

Hello I am trying to figure out rather or not I have this... any help would be great...

I was diagnosed with HSV 2 based on an IGM that showed

HSV 1 IGM ANTIBODIES  1:100 High titer
HSV 2 IGM ANTIBODIES 1:100 HIgh titer

My Igg was Negitive for HSV 2 AND Positive for HSV 1 (I have had cold sores since I was little)

That was 4 weeks past exposure. I had them run another blood test at 6 weeks HSV 2 still negitive. The Dr. office realized they were not supposed to use the IGM to diagnose me  and said I DO NOT have it. However they already prescribed me Valtrax and I didn't believe them and started taking the meds. I have had 2 more blood tests done since then one at 14 weeks and one at 18.5 weeks both NEGATIVE.  Both of these tests I was on Antivirals.

I have experienced a crawling feeling almost daily since the day after possible exposure, my vulva sometimes is red and burns, and I had some mild swelling near the entrance of my vagina. These symptoms have been going on off and on for months now.

The newest symptom is about 4-5 weeks ago I had 2 small kinda hard flesh colored bumps on either side of my vagina in the area where there is hair. They didn't hurt or anything and when popped (which took a lot of force) they bleed and had a very small amount of clear fluid mostly blood. It didn't really hurt even after I dug my nail in to pop it just a little irritated. Does this sound like a herpes sore? One of them is gone the other seems to be getting smaller. I do shave a few times a week and get ingrown hairs A LOT. Today I saw a small white/skin colored bump near the top of my vigina in the hairy part I again stabbed my nail into it and some blood and a little clear fluid came out.  Any in put would be great. Thank you

Herpes are not under the skin bumps but topical sores and dont last 5 weeks but scab over an heal in about 2 weeks.

Okay and what about the bumps I described? Do they sound like herpes sores? I thought it was kinda odd that the 1st one has been there for almost 5 weeks not changed except when I tried to pop it but now its the same as it was before...

As a rule 8 weeks would be a good indicator and at 6 weeks you might show a low positive like 1.2. At 18 weeks taking antivirals and not showing a low positive you can rest fairly confident that your negative.

Hi, how many weeks post exposure did you have your first negative hsv2 test? Taking antivirals will not turn a positive into a negative but would slow the positive rate, maybe another 4 weeks or so.
