Could this be

I dated a girl for about a month in January that had genital herpes that took antiviral medication daily.  We did not have sex but she did give me oral a couple of times. For the past 3month I've had an irritation rash at the tip of my penis accompanied with burning feeling. My doctor doesn't think I have herpes, no does the sexual health clinic dr.  I have had a swab test taken, std test done twice, also for a uti...all came back negative.  I was prescribed anti fugal medication that I used for over a month...seemed to get a little better, but has reoccurred with vengeance the last week or so! Could this be herpes? I read on the net that u can get hsv2 from oral! Is this correct?

Any idea what this could be if it's not herpes?, it just seem weird that I have had no issues before until after I dated this girl. All the sites I visit on the net say you can be infected via oral.

It is almost certain that your partner had genital HSV2 hence there is zero chance of obtaining HSV2 from oral sex.

Even with someone that does have oral HSV2, it is questionable whether you can be infected absent sores, the odds are minuscule regardless.
