Did I cause my daughter cold sore?

I just noticed that my daughter has a small pimple (cold sore) like bump on the corner of her mouth.  This is the first time for her having this some I'm not even sure if it is a cold sore..she also has eczema.  I have genital herpes and I used my finger with my saliva to wipe some toothpaste off her mouth.  Now, I'm worried that I gave her the virus.  Just wondering if this is possible?

Hi and no you would not. You have it in  your genital area not your mouth area.
