Different Symptoms, Balanitis, Hpv, Herpes?

OK, so I had unprotected sex back in September / October. Since then I have had a burning sensation pretty much continuously. My penis head and the vein were slightly swollen  as well.  There were really no other symptoms than that. I went and had all STD tests done except for Herpes in November and came back negative.

Recently, I went to the Urologist, who said I may have Prostatitis. He prescribed me Levofloxacin and Alfuzosin for 30 days. I'm about two weeks in now.

Last week I noticed a small bump on the head of my penis, and my meatus (pee hole) seemed inflamed on the right hand side. The bump is very small. Almost like a pimple without a whitehead and skin colored, but a little Pinker.

I try searching online for what this Maybe and am getting conflicting results.

In my opinion it looks too small to be warts, but then I read they can be very small and unnoticeable.

I thought perhaps Herpes, but it hasn't changed in size or blistered. Pretty much stayed the same since last week when I noticed.

I also read that Balantitis can be caused by Herpes. If this was the case, would I only have Balantitis symptoms and this small mark, or would I have a noticeable Herpes outbreak as well.

Thanks in advance for any information that may help

This doesn't sound hsv related at all. Hsv symptoms wouldn't last this long and you would've noticed lesions. Hpv doesn't present with symptoms. Just warts.
