Do I have HIV/STD?
I have had this rash for over a year now above my genital area. I remember shaving and it might have come from that, but I am just not sure as it has been a very long time now. Lately it has started to spread and it can be tingly/itchy. I have added pictures, if anyone knows what it is please let me know. I am afraid it might be an STD and honestly, it is very stressful to think about.

Okay, I will. Thank you for answering me, very much appreciated. I will post back on what it is when I go see a doctor.
This is almost certainly not related to herpes. I can only suggest you consult your doctor and a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
