Do I have Herpes? - Grace -

Hi Grace, it is me again and I have decided to post again since the last post I wrote had too much personal information.  I am currently on day 27 and I still don't know what to think.  Some days I am fine when I am not paying too much attention to symptoms.  I've had every possible symptom you can think of without the sore, ulcers or lesions.  I've checked so many times.  First started off with unprotected oral sex and ejaculation in the mouth of the woman who was giving me the oral.  I practically came in her mouth and my **** was not in her mouth for no longer than 5 seconds.  The very next day I had this strange tingle in my penis, the head of penis felt cold and my penis dripped pee more than I had previously been dripping.  I've felt burning, tingling, sensitive feelings all around my genitals.  Right below the ring of my penis has been itchy and red but I do not scratch it.  There are no lesions or sores, pimples or ulcers.  I have been having strange feelings in my bladder and urinary tract that disappear after a while.  My itchy spot under the ring on my penis has disappeared as I stop focusing on it and did not irritate it.
Now on my 3rd week I am feeling very strange feelings in my body.  My armspits, left and right calve muscles feel sore but not hurting sore but sensitive enough for me to know it feels different.  My armpits feel the same, sore for 2 days.  I've been going through numbness in certain parts of my body.  These symptoms have been prevalent in my body for the last 3 days.  I don't know what the heck this is but I feel like I am possessed.  Itchy pubs, burning tingling sensitive scortum, pelvic pain are also some of the sensations I have been feeling lately, off and on.
My question is, how long do you have to have symptoms before an outbreak?  Do symptoms always lead to an outbreak?  I am so full of anxiety, stress and depression.  Someone please shed some light on my condition.  Since this is only day 27, I can't really go in for a HSV 1 or HSV 2 test, it still might show up neg but if I am feeling all these symptoms, one would think that antibodies have been produced since all symptoms have presented themselves.  Does anyone have 27 days of symptoms with no visual outbreak? Anyone?

I believe I originally told you it' s not herpes right?  This really sounds like a fungal infection and anxiety more than anything.

Grace can fungal infections be transmitted through oral sex?  Also would fungal infection affect the nerves of my arm pits?  Thanks Grace.

I am sorry to report the lady I had this escapade with got her results back today from PP and she is HSV1 positive and HSV2 negative.  She says she has never had an outbreak in her mouth or any cuts.  Is there any remote possibility with all the symptoms I've been experiencing that I can still be HSV1 negative?  She did not have any cold sores or blisters on her lips or in her mouth.  I know it can be passed if she is shedding.  I can't remember how often HSV1 oral sheds in a year.  She did not know she had it the whole time because there was never an outbreak or symptoms.  I am so scared.  Someone answer me.

Here we are again and it is now day 42 and I have been having non-stop symptoms since the second day.  15 days have elapsed since I last blogged about my experience and so far I have had leg pain the whole time.  Some days worst, some days it's better but nevertheless it is always prevalent.  Has anyone in this forum or grace in your time as a moderator/ educator of this disease seen someone have symptoms lasting this long without an outbreak?  Would having all these symptoms, would that be classified as an outbreak?  I'm very confused and seeking some guidance.

Has anyone had leg pains and it did not lead to herpes?  Anyone?  Anyone have herpes scare stories?  I am just hoping there is another explanation for my leg pains such as stress, anxiety or depression.
