Do I have an STD ?! I need serious help :(

Hi there,
I am 20 years old and I have been a player to say the least. I have probably been with over 50 girls and I think it may have caught up with me. I went to my doctor cause I had three smalls warts at the base of my penis. He told me not to get tested and to be "vigilant" that if they came up to come in and he would just treat them. I have a new one... This one red like a pimple but cannot be popped ? I am freaking out ! Also when I look at my penis head I see tiny tiny dots not red or inflammed or anything. When I squeeze my penisnhead hard tiny tiny white puss seems to come out of random tiny tiny dots. They're is a weird feeling in my penis head almost a tingling. No pain at all when I pee and I can't say there is even that much pain. The new red one at the base of my penis doesn't hurt or itch at all. I think I might be just so freaked out that I am over feeling my penis if that makes sense ? Feeling something that isn't it really there and irritating myself by examining it every five minutes ? What test should I get that will clear me for almost every STD ? I'm so scared I feel depressed cause I'm a good looking guy who has clearly pushed his luck. Please get back to me

if you get painful blisters or discharge, be seen before then.

Thank you so much! I'm just wondering is it normal to have some red dots almost like irritated papules come out after sex or friction ? I mean I can look down there and find little imperfections for the rest of my life. But truth is it could be nothing ? It's just really slowing my life down with worry. I have an STD appointment for November 22nd what should I look out for till then ?

this doesn't sound like herpes going on.

go and be seen and get this properly looked at.

you should also seek out testing for gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, hepatitis, herpes and hiv while you are there to see what your status is for all of them in general.
