Do I have herpes

I've never had an outbreak before. But 36 hours after having sex with a new girl for the first time I woke up with herpes like bumps on my inner thigh.

It has been 5 days. The bumps have not changed in color or size,  but have developed black heads at the top. And the surrounding area is becoming more tender and sore to touch. No fever or other herpes symptoms.

Is it likely that I have herpes. I have attached a picture to my account of the affected area.

It seems too early for you to have been infected at that encounter . Also it does not sound like a typical outbreak of herpes that would be clear liquid filed blisters that develop into scab
