Eye Herpes/Genital Touch

I briefly touched my genitals before rubbing my eyes. Mind you, I have no outbreak or genital Herpes. But still, I'm hypochondriac and I'm already thinking of all the scenarios that can come off of this. I immediately washed my hands after I realized what just happened. Can this cause eye herpes?

Anyone help, I can't see a dermotigist, I live in the uk and I can only go to my gp who will refer if needed presuming if I have symptoms as they are reluctant to help. My eye feels weird still. Like aching feeling duno if this is anxiety or not. But I am extremmley distressed right now as I have been taking good hygiene care for years and now this but I didn't think or remember . Like I said I can't see any active sores, but I might be shedding? I actually screatched inside my eye.about 10-20 mins later, I was in bed and my eye itched. I feel so foolish right now. What are the chances I will get eye herpes my eye feels a bit dry also. My anxiety is through the roof. I read on the NHS website herpes virus last two hours on the finger I believe the website to be a creditable source as it's the uk government healthcare website.
