Fear of Herpes and Hiv

Hi,

I am male (qwer1).

Two weeks ago, I had unprotected oral Sex ( I perform on vagina )  with female sexual woker and protected vaginal sex. Since that day, I am experencing certain things in my body. In first week after sex, I had something on my throat ( like person have cold, and he swallows somthing from nose to throat ( no pain while swallowing food ) ), which stays upto 5 days and I got actual nose cold after that. In the second week, I started feeling some strange and weird feeling on my right leg ( like crawling some creature ( like ant ) near joint ) ( like someone pressing my nerve slightly ) . After two days, I started feeling, muscle pain bellow the neck on thoracic spine, which still continues even after I had some pills for muscle strains. I did not notice any blisters on any part of my body. + I never have herpes in the past.I already had one surgery of tumor of spine, but that was on L3. I never had pain on thoracic spine before this incident

Sexual workers was perfect in looks ( no sores or blisters on her vagina or face ).

My question is :
1) Is it the sign of Herpes?
2) From unprotected oral sex on her : what are percentage of chances of getting herpes from vagina to mouth?
3) Is it the early symptom of Herpes or HIV?
4) What are the chances of getting HIV from unprotected oral sex?
5) I already had one surgery of tumor of spine, but that was on L3. I never had pain on thoracic spine before this incident. Is it because of this ?
6) I performed oral more than 10 minutes on her vagina. I dint have any cuts on my tounge or mouth. Herpes virus still can transmit?
7) All these symptoms are of HIV?
8) What kind of test should I go for and in how much time?
9) How accurate those tests are?

I am really worried about the mistake I did. Please help me out. I feel ashamed on myself.

Thanks,
qwer1..

1) Is it the sign of Herpes?
No, none of those things are signs of herpes
2) From unprotected oral sex on her : what are percentage of chances of getting herpes from vagina to mouth?
The risk is very low at a single encounter, and of the type you describe - I can't give you an exact percentage, but it is way less than 1%
3) Is it the early symptom of Herpes or HIV?
no
4) What are the chances of getting HIV from unprotected oral sex?
again, very low with a single encounter and especially oral sex.
5) I already had one surgery of tumor of spine, but that was on L3. I never had pain on thoracic spine before this incident. Is it because of this ?
I don't think so at all
6) I performed oral more than 10 minutes on her vagina. I dint have any cuts on my tounge or mouth. Herpes virus still can transmit?
It could theoretically transmit, but again, very unlikely
7) All these symptoms are of HIV?
no, they aren't
8) What kind of test should I go for and in how much time?
If you want to test,  you should get a baseline test now and repeat in 4 months.  You want an IgG test only, make sure it is type specific.
9) How accurate those tests are?
They are very accurate, especially for type 2 and especially if the value is negative or a positive numeric value is greater than 3.5

I am very much thankful to you,
I still have an appointment next week with a doctor. And blood test will be done for HIV on that day.
Again, thanks for your information.
