First Time and Regretting it

Hi, I'm not sure if I'm posting in the correct topic.

I am a male and received unprotected oral sex from someone I did not know. It happened in March I believe, and a couple days ago I noticed a very small bump (the diameter of like a needle, very small) that I haven't noticed before. There is no pain, no itching. It is near the tip of the penis, right above the underside, where the tip meets the foreskin (if that made sense). It is a single small bump with no other bumps around.

I'm really freaking out. It was my first time receiving oral sex and don't know if I'm over thinking about it because it was my first time. The fact that I received it from someone I don't really know is also both scary and shameful. The incident involved digital and oral sex.

I went to the teen health clinic the day after, and he reassured me that the risks of catching anything was minimal and I took a urine test (which showed nothing). I also am concerned because around my groin (where my leg meets the pelvis) there seems to be a rash, but I'm active and have had them before and think it's just from the heat. It's just the combination of the two that I am scared about. I don't know if its herpes or not.

The person I received oral didn't seem to have any signs of bumps or lesions around the mouth.

I read that it usually shows up within days or weeks to show up and that the initial outbreak of herpes is the worst, and I haven't had any of the symptom's (tingling, itching, or burning) in the particular part of the tip. I even rubbed and squeezed it and nothing happened. It doesn't even hurt. It's really small and the only one there.

Anyway, any advice or reassurance is gratefully appreciated. I've never had any sex prior to this and don't feel like I can get on with life until I find about more. I'm nineteen years old.

Thanks,

Freakedoutteenaager.

Alright! Sorry for being so paranoid, I'm get anxious about anything wrong with my body.

Went to the family doctor today and said that the small bump at the top of my penis is just a blocked gland (due to friction and sweat). He didn't even notice the rash either. All is clear and I can move on with life.

Thank Grace, and God.

If you are going to be sexually active then you need to be sexually responsible. That means going to be seen again and having this properly evaluated.

You had this rash before you received oral sex so no reason to assume it's std related. As I already mentioned it sounds more like jock itch or chaffing but be seen and properly looked at.

Oh, and would you have any idea what it may be? I'm freaking out everytime I use the bathroom.

I also shaved, but I think these bumps I see is just irritated skin on my testicles and can only see them if stretch the skin.

Sorry I'm paranoid and really scared.

The initial bump still doesn't hurt and hasn't gone away.

What is the risk of receiving oral from someone and contracting the virus? Is it normal to have one bump?

Thanks a million for your response.

The rash wasn't apparent around the time I received the oral sex, but I definitely have had it before. The provider at the teen health center didn't look at my genitalia, just took a urine test which showed nothing.

I'm scared to find out. I don't know how I'll tell my parents and I feel like the possibility of  ever having a family of my own someday is over.

Your symptoms do not sound like genital herpes.

the rash you describe sounds more like either chaffing or jock itch.  did you show it to the provider at the clinic or has it appeared since then?

Have you heard of Fordyce spots? Might want to check out some pictures and compare.

Oh, I meant "active" as in I work out six times a week for 1-2 hours a day where my legs rub together and sweat a lot. I think it's just heat rash.
