Folliculitis/herpes/razor burn?

Hello! I am freaking out. I fooled around with a guy and he rubbed his penis over my vaginal area. We did not have sex. And there were no visible lesions. However, about 8 days later, I noticed what appeared to be a rash on my vaginal area. This appeared at the very top of the vaginal area, just a few inches from my belly button, and on my thighs where I shave. I always shave completely and it extended for quite a ways. I did use my old razor that I hadn't used in months and had shaved recently after just shaving a few days before. None of them were on my actual vagina or lips or labia at all. Just in the shaving area.I did have a few whiteheads in the area too and I popped those and some puss came out but they were not painful.

They were mostly pink colored, under the skin and I went crazy and popped most of them. It was very hard to do as they were under the skin and sometimes a little blood came out. They were not painful and did not scab over and were completely gone in three days or so. The skin around there was also extremely dry and flaky.

I am extremely worried it is herpes. I have asked the guy to get tested and he keeps telling me he will but he keeps putting me off for weeks now.

How likely is it to get herpes without sex and no visible outbreak?
Would herpes last longer and not be gone in three days?
What else could this be?
How long do I have to wait to get a blood test? It has now been six weeks since possible exposure?

Please help! I will go to the doctor for a blood test but I think its too early.

Your symptoms do not sound herpes related.

Was it a risk? Possibly from the oral sex if you do not have oral cold sores. However you would expect lesions to appear on your vagina if this were suspicious for herpes.

No need to test and no point unless you mutually test with a partner.

I also wanted to comment that he did perform oral on me as well so that could be a possibility I got something that way too.
