Genital herpes question

Hello all, I am a healthy 32 year old male. I have complete panel std tests regularly and have always been negative across the board. I recently returned from a trip where I met a young lady at the end of the night we ended up in my hotel.  I have extreme anxiety when it comes to sex and have to be comfortable with someone or my penis will not get hard. Sure enough we were kissing and I got hard. She then asked if I had a condom I said yes. When I went to get the condom in an instant I lost my erection. I could not even get a condom on. She tried to get me hard and briefly gave me unprotected oral followed by unprotected genital rubbing in an attempt to wake my little guy up. This did not work and we called it quits. I did however try to pleasure her a bit using my fingers but then we stopped. I'm sorry if this is graphic. I feel incredibly stupid to have done anything like this. It is not how I am and I am ashamed of myself even though we didn't have sex.  I put myself at risk for skin to skin stds and I  am having a lot of trouble dealing with this. At the time I just wanted to get an erection and I let my guard down. I have had some erection problems since a near death experience I was involved in and have seen a psychologist as well as a urologist about this. I have been diagnosed with PTSD. Both Doctors feel it is all in my head and there is nothing wrong with my penis, I do as well.  I do suffer from extreme stress and anxiety.  When I am in a comfortable situation my penis works fine.  Now on to my question, it has been ten  days since the encounter.  I have had several panic attacks in the past few days.  I am experiencing sciatica in my legs and buttocks.   As of yet I do not have any visual blisters or rash.  Right after the encounter I felt slight itching on the side of my penis head and a bit on the front skin around rim but it has gone away. I guess occasionally I sometimes still feel something. My question is could the sciatica and the inconsistent slight tingle itch be actual symptoms or is this possibly just from me stressing out and all in my head? I do plan on getting tested again in 6weeks. I am extremely stressed and distraught about this.  I keep freaking out thinking that the sciatica is a definite symptom that I have contracted herpes. Please any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for all comments.

Oh my goodness I totally forgot to mention, I had a shingles outbreak July 2013  left side of body middle of back. I was treated with antiviral meds and it cleared. Could this a herpes zoster flare up causing my discomfort in legs and lower back due to the stress of my current situation?

Life and Fleetwood, thank you so much for your comments. Would either of you happen to know if the lower back/leg aches I am having could possibly just be from the stress I am putting on myself due to this situation? Thanks again.

The chances of transmission from such an episode even if she had a genital herpes infection is extremely low, 1 in thousands.

Your subsequent lack of herpes related symptoms would also highly suggest that there is little further to be worried about. You need to wait 12 weeks for a conclusive negative HSV test but I'd suggest this is pretty much unnecessary.

Hi and welcome. Is it possible to contract herpe from what you describe? Yes Is it probable? No. Even those exposed to herpes sore can have contact and still  not contact herpes and any anxiety your having from this one time affair and her not having any genital sore at the time is unwarrented. Really nothing to be at all concerned about.
