HSV-1 positive, should I worry about HIV Risk

Hi,
Based on my blood test result, I have herpes type I (HSv-1) based on IGG (gB) 3136 Units/ML. Is that means that My HIV risk will be increased even my penis shaft is partially covered by condom (Penis head and urethra is still covered by condom)? I don;t have any genital outbreak and I don;t even have any symptom. But I don;t experience chickenpox when I was a kid.
So, what is my risk HIV associated to my HSV-1? Thank you.

I can not help you with your herpes test results since you had a test that isn't frequently used in the US.

hsv2 infection increases hiv risk, not hsv1.
