What made you test in the first place? When was your last possible exposure?
So any hsv2 IgG test result under a 3.5 needs to be confirmed with a test called the Western Blot because it could be a false positive. There's at least a 50/50 chance that yours is a false positive, maybe a bit higher.
Your doctor can order this test, and she'll need to go here - http://depts.washington.edu/herpes/pages/frequently_asked_questions. The info is about halfway down under the heading, "Where can I get tested?"
Your doctor can also read more here - https://www.cdc.gov/std/tg2015/herpes.htm The relevant part is about 1/4 down the page.
Not having outbreaks doesn't have anything to do with sensitive skin, if you do have it. Herpes actually resides in nerve groups, not on the skin, and we don't know why some people get outbreaks and others don't, or why some people get frequent outbreaks and others get them infrequently.
In any case, you need to find out if you even have it.
Here's some info for you that should help -
