HSV-2 and HSV-1

I had a one-night stand with apparently a sex worker about two weeks ago. I am devastated. I had no prior knowledge of STDs. Anyways, the woman had this pimple-like bump on the crease of her thigh to butt, and I noticed a lot of scars on her butt. I thought it was because of her genetics and probably the tight jeans she must wear all of the time causing friction, so I proceeded to give her cunnilingus. She did not perform fellatio nor did we do intercourse. Now I'm getting this "bump" on the crease of my buttocks.

The appearance of it is not red. it's just a hard bump. No appearance of a white head. I tried to squeeze it, but it hurt. Seeing a doctor and doing tests might cost a lot of money. I was hoping maybe the community may have some experience they can share to shed some light on my situation. What are the characteristics of HSV-2 and HSV-1 on a guy? Recurrence rates? Will there be lot of scars? What would a pimple look and feel like at the same location?

I will repeat it again. You can not contract genital herpes from giving oral sex. If you were to contract herpes this way (not common at all by the way) it would be on your lip area! You can read all you like but if i were you and want to educate yourself rwad how the virus works. It doesn't travel the body. It stays in the nerve group it was contracted.

That's not how herpes works. You can't get genital herpes from giving oral sex. Your encounter was a very low risk event. So low if i were in your shoes i wouldn't be concerned at all. The bump could be many things but herpes is not one.

Doesn't sound like herpes. Maybe a fungus
