I believe that studies suggest that once someone has an established genital HSV2 infection they have not identified someone who had gone on to become infected HSV2 orally (I think even obtaining a HSV1 infection is also incredibly rare as HSV2 antibodies have better cross reaction to HSV1 than the other way around).
